For more than three decades, Connelia built a career helping people navigate consequential moments as an attorney. But eventually, a transition in her own life forced her to confront a question no résumé could answer: What comes next when the roles that have defined you begin to change? 

That question became personal when her daughter grew up and left home. After years of building a career, raising a child, serving, teaching, and doing what needed to be done, Connelia found herself looking at a future with more freedom—but not yet enough clarity about what to do with it.

That experience became the beginning of her own reinvention and, eventually, the work she does today. Through coaching, speaking, writing, and teaching, she helps women recognize that experience is not something to outgrow or leave behind. It is material for whatever they choose to build next.
